Mindfulness Programs

Mindful Offerings

  

All Mindfulness Programs are offerings rooted in the Vipassanā (Insight) tradition and informed by contemporary psychological science. Each program is experiential, reflective, and grounded in ethical awareness. The intention is not to “fix” participants, but to cultivate wise attention, compassion, and steady presence — qualities that naturally influence how we relate to stress, relationships, leadership, and daily life.


Programs are available in-person and online, depending on the needs of the community or organization.

The Four Foundations of Mindfulness A 5-Week Foundational Series

Lovingkindness (Mettā) Practice A 5-Week Series on the Cultivation of the Heart

This structured introduction explores the classical framework of the Four Foundations:


  • Mindfulness of the Body – grounding awareness in breath and physical sensation
  • Mindfulness of Feeling Tone – recognizing pleasant, unpleasant, and neutral experience
  • Mindfulness of Mind – observing shifting mental states with curiosity
  • Mindfulness of Mental Patterns – noticing habits, reactivity, and insight


Participants meet once weekly for guided meditation, teaching, reflection, and practical integration into daily life. The emphasis is on learning how to observe experience clearly and kindly. Reduced stress and improved focus often arise as natural by-products of consistent practice.


This series is well-suited for individuals new to mindfulness as well as professionals seeking a deeper conceptual foundation.

Lovingkindness (Mettā) Practice A 5-Week Series on the Cultivation of the Heart

This course explores the transformative practice of lovingkindness meditation, moving progressively through:

  • Kindness toward oneself
  • Extending care toward loved ones
  • Holding neutral relationships with warmth
  • Working gently with difficult relationships
  • Integrating compassion into daily life


Special care is given to approaching difficult relationships with steadiness and self-respect. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace. The practice emphasizes inner safety, dignity, and personal agency.


Lovingkindness is not sentimentality. It is a disciplined, courageous practice of strengthening the heart.

The tone is accessible, grounded, and trauma-informed — blending contemplative wisdom with research-informed insight, while remaining practical and applicable to real-world contexts.

Free Drop-In Meditation Sessions

Join Us for Mindful Weekly Virtual Meditation Drop-In Sessions


We invite you to participate in our 30-minute meditation sessions, which offer teachings and support in a community setting. These sessions are open to anyone interested in learning how to be present in the moment, whether you're new to meditation or an experienced practitioner. 


Our meditations will take place weekly via Zoom video conferencing. These are open groups, and prior registration is required.

Important Note

Mindfulness programs are offered for educational and personal development purposes. They are not psychotherapy and do not serve as a substitute for mental health treatment. Individuals experiencing acute psychological distress are encouraged to seek support from a licensed mental health professional.


Whether you are exploring mindfulness for personal growth, professional development, or academic inquiry, these programs are designed to meet you with warmth, clarity, and intellectual integrity.
