Join Us for Mindful Weekly Virtual Meditation Drop-In Sessions
We invite you to participate in our 30-minute meditation sessions, which offer teachings and support in a community setting. These sessions are open to anyone interested in learning how to be present in the moment, whether you're new to meditation or an experienced practitioner.
Our meditations will take place weekly via Zoom video conferencing. These are open groups, and prior registration is required.
